Nuggets is an electronic commerce payment and identification platform. Store your personal and payment data securely in blockchain, so you never have to share them with anyone, even with Nuggets. It was inspired by CEO Alastair Johnson's experience of having his payment details fraudulently used, and the complicated and frustrating process that followed. For consumers, Nuggets is a single and secure login for payment, login and identification verification, without tracking or selling your activity. Access is purely through biometric data to replace user names and passwords.

The more you use the service, the more Nuggets Tokens you will earn to pay for products and services anywhere in the Nuggets ecosystem. Crucially, you will earn more Tokens if you choose to share elements of your data, such as your email address, for example. This creates a true "value internet".

No more risk assessments and credit checks
Currently, each payment is evaluated according to the risk as it progresses. But the trust network within Nuggets (described above), which provides evidence of a good actor for each user, makes these evaluations obsolete.

Manual biometric confirmation
Password managers do not resolve the password problem. At this time, autocomplete requests from your web browser can take personal information from a password manager automatically, if you have granted permission or have not deactivated that function.
Manual confirmation on Nuggets puts an end to this problem. Not only do you need a manual confirmation, that confirmation also has to be biometric. That effectively introduces a powerful human "air gap" in the security process.
