PROBLEM

FIRE DAMAGE

This is a hybrid offer where the token holder without having to have company equity directly qualifies to receive income related to the company's profit.

CERLOS token owners are not shareholders of CERLOS Inc. or MOXY OID but can contractually claim rights to income distributed by CERLOS Inc. according to their percentage.
